Yoshinogawa Golden Gourd Daiginjo Sake

Founded in 1548, Yoshinogawa is Niigata’s oldest sake brewery. Through its history of over 470 years, Yoshinogawa earned the reputation of being the go to sake of Niigata locals.  Nose: Aromas of ripe melon, pear, and white peach, complemented by subtle floral notes and a hint of rice sweetness.
Palate: Smooth and silky, with flavors of honeydew melon, apple, and a touch of citrus, balanced by a gentle umami richness. The texture is light yet expressive, offering a beautifully balanced profile.
Finish: Clean and crisp, with lingering notes of fresh fruit and a touch of minerality.  15.5% ABV
