It has the potential to be Amarone and is made in exactly the same way--time in cask alone makes its ultimate designation clear. This 2014 begins with a glorious nose, followed by power, concentration, and explosive energy, with dark cherry, leather, and spice, its tannins a perfect blend of smoothness and thickness.
