Abbazia was founded in 1142 by the Augustinian Order of Canons Regular and has over 850 years of winemaking experience.   From gravelly marine soils planted at 600-750m in elevation. Vinified in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, then aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks.   Scents of elderflower, citrus, yellow peach, white almond and wet stone that on the delicious, elegant palate transform into apricot, gooseberry, grapefruit and saline mineral notes. Crisp acidity keeps it racy ad fresh.  13.5% ABV
