100% Pinot Noir

Aged 7-12 months in 228L Burgundian barrels (10-30% new) and stainless steel vats for balance.Deep and intense red coloration with ruby tints.  The first nose is showing ripe fruits and cherries aromas. Then freshness dominates with notes of Cassis and spices.  The palate is Ample, fruity, silky, with well-structured tannins, and a fresh finish.  14.5% ABV
