The crown jewel of Langlois’ Sancerre holdings is at Château de Fontaine-Audon, a 37-acre vineyard from which they produce a single-vineyard Sancerre of the same name.  Pale yellow with greenish lowlights.  The nose Expressive and intense with notes of gooseberry, lime peel, green mango, and crushed stones.  The palate is Medium-bodied and vibrant, featuring flavors of green apple, white peach, and citrus accents.  12.5% ABV
