The Cellier aux Moines is the renaissance of one of the oldest domaines in Burgundy, in Givry, known as a Cistercian Cellier surrounded by its Clos since 1130.  Nose of Wild blackberries, dark cherries, fresh herbs, cassia bark, and potpourri. Other notes include black cherries, potpourri, licorice, blood oranges, and fresh plums.  The palate is Seamless, with fine tannins, bright acidity, and a rounded, creamy mouthfeel. Flavors of graphite, terra cotta, and pomegranates.  14% ABV
