Born on an exceptional terroir, Le Chaume comes from vines planted on purplish-green schist and spilite , a rare volcanic rock. This unique soil promotes early botrytis , allowing for a natural concentration of sugars while preserving the freshness of the fruit.  Displays a deep golden yellow color. Its complex nose features honey and acacia blossom, evolving into fresh notes of apple and pear, along with candied apricot, quince, and pineapple. The palate reveals flavors of pineapple, apricot, and honey, delivering a full, silky texture balanced by a subtle liveliness.  12.5% ABV
