Abbazia was founded in 1142 by the Augustinian Order of Canons Regular and has over 850 years of winemaking experience. Fresh green apples, chamomile and lime zest combine as the wine evolves in the glass. Offers some weight, while still maintaining amazing freshness, as ripe orchard fruits are carried along a stream of vibrant acidity. Florals and hints of citrus punctuate the experience as this closes with medium length and crispness.  13% ABV
