Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 15 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak casks of different capacities for a period of 24 months. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months. Intense, deep ruby red color. Aromas of wild berries, ripe blackberries, thyme, cocoa, and fresh-cut flowers, with a distinct spicy character. Dry, harmonious, and full-bodied with a velvety texture and well-integrated, soft tannins. 14% ABV
