Intense and lively garnet red color with subtle orange reflections, intense, persistent and elegant aroma, with fruity hints of raspberry, cherry and strawberry, plum jam. Followed by the ethereal sensation and other more evolved ones such as tobacco and hay, cinnamon, pepper and vanilla; also present balsamic hints such as mentholated. In the mouth it is full, dry, ample and full-bodied, with a well-integrated tannin texture, warm and persistent.
Serve with grilled red meat; pork sausages; mushroom dishes.
