80% Doria Blanca, 5% Verdejo, 5% Godello, 5% Palomino, 5% Albillo.

The Field Blend Contiesas comes from century-old organic vineyards, and is a complex white wine from the D.O. Tierra del Vino de Zamora in Castilla y León, SpainThe average vine age is 80 to 100 years.  The grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed in a pneumatic press. The wine ferments spontaneously in vats, then rests on its lees for 3 months before aging in barrels for another 3 months.  Vibrant aromas of green apple and pear, interwoven with subtle citrus hints of lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, its minerality adds depth and authenticity, reflecting the pure essence of the old vineyard in Tierra del Vino.
