100% Garnacha (Grenache)
Campo de Borja, Aragón, Spain. Sourced from small, low-yielding plots, off of old vines. Fermented in small stainless steel tanks, and Aged for approximately 20-22 months in French oak barrels. Intense purple or deep cherry color. Rich aromas of dark plums, ripe cherries, vanilla, and spices, with hints of toast and smoke. Full-bodied, powerful, and intense with velvety, fine, or "grippy" tannins. It is characterized by flavors of red fruit jam, blackberry, licorice, and cocoa. 15.5% ABV
