The vines are worked exclusively by hand without chemical intervention. As the property has never changed hands, they can definitely assert that the soil has never been treated by chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. De-stemmed, native yeast fermentation, 12 days skin maceration, matured 12 months in steel vats to retain fruit purity. The Langhe Nebbiolo by Chiesa Carlo is made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes which give it its characteristic intense garnet red colour. Fresh and fruity wine, on the nose it expresses a balanced and harmonious bouquet, with hints of raspberries and ripe fruit, jam. The taste is soft, accompanied by well-balanced tannins. The Langhe Nebbiolo by Chiesa Carlo is perfect to drink with first courses with meat sauce, second courses of meat and medium-aged cheeses. 14% ABV
