A classic, elegant, 100% Sangiovese from the Montosoli hill, known for its freshness with notes of black cherry, plum, spice (clove, pepper), and earthy undertones, showing great purity, fine tannins, and impressive length with significant aging potential.   It's organically farmed, hand-harvested, fermented in steel, and aged in large oak (botti) and then bottle, resulting in a balanced, powerful yet refined wine with excellent depth and structure.  14.5% ABV
