Native yeast fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks, second fermentation on the lees.   Rosé Rive Gauche lifts from the glass with a dusty blend of wildflowers and ginger-spiced yellow apples. It's soothingly round, placing its minerality up front with a wave of saline-tinged bubbles and crip pit fruits that cascade throughout. A lemon concentration puckers the cheeks and forces the mouth to water as hints of fresh mint slowly fade.  11% ABV
