Vine age between 5 and 50 years old.  Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and aging in large French oak barrels (50 hl).  Bottling after 14-16 months of wood aging and 1 month in steel.  

Vibrant red fruit like cherry and raspberry, complemented by floral notes of rose and violet, and mineral-driven, spicy, and savory elements such as cloves, licorice, and a hint of smoke.  Bright acidity, fine and velvety or crunchy tannins, and a polished, elegant texture that is both fresh and complex.  14% ABV
