Castellare di Castellina I Sodi di S. Niccolò, is one of the few Italian Super tuscans made exclusively with native vines.  In 1977 I Sodi di S. Niccolò was bottled for the first time. Since then, 40 harvests have followed (1978 not bottled).  The vines for this wine average 50+ years of age.

Full-bodied, with firm yet fine-grained tannins, I Sodi di San Niccolò is a rich and elegant wine that offers aromas of ripe cherries, dark berries, and currants which are complemented by notes of vanilla, leather, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is full and rich with high aging potential.  14% ABV
