A profound and powerful red wine from one of Umbria's most revered and authentic producers, Paolo Bea.  "Pagliaro" is crafted from 100% Sagrantino, a grape native to Montefalco that is known for its intense tannins and robust character.   an intense bouquet of blackberries, dark plums, and wild cherries, complemented by notes of dried herbs, anise, and earthy spices. Aromas of leather, tobacco, and a touch of balsamic add depth and complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with powerful tannins and vibrant acidity that provide structure and balance. The flavors of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of dark chocolate unfold gracefully, leading to a long, persistent finish with layers of earthy and savory notes.  15% ABV
