Calabretta Winery, located on Sicily's Mount Etna, has been producing wine for over a century, upholding the region's ancient winemaking traditions and focusing on natural, sustainable production. Farming primarily 70-80 year old ungrafted vines.  Aged 9 months in barrique of 4th & 5th passage.  Aromas of Ripe cherries, wild berries, dried flowers, earth, and volcanic minerality mixed with tobacco and Mediterranean herbs.  The wine is Medium-bodied with a dry profile, vibrant acidity, and tasting notes to match the nose.  13% ABV
