95% Sangiovese, 3% Canaiolo, 2% Colorino

Matures for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by additional months of bottle aging. This process gives the wine a robust and complex structure, while also ensuring it retains the elegant fragrance typical of Sangiovese.  Deep ruby red color, with reflections that turn to orange with aging. On the nose, the Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Novecento from Dievole releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a faint trace of tobacco and leather, inherited from its time in wood. On the palate, it is vigorous and full-bodied, with well-balanced tannins and a long, pleasantly bitter aromatic persistence that invites another sip.  14% ABV
