Brothers Franco and Mario Accorsi are behind this lo-fi interpretation of Lambrusco Mantovano, a unique and tiny DOC that is celebrated as the only appellation outside of Emilia Romagna permitted to produce true Lambrusco. Natural, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel.  Only 15,000 bottles made.  It is a vibrant, ruby-red sparkling wine with intense aromas of strawberry, mineral notes, and a lively, non-evanescent foam, often characterized by its "sweet-tart" balance. 12% ABV
