A brilliant ruby red hue with subtle, youthful purple highlights. The nose is immediately captivating, offering a bouquet of sour raspberry, morello cherry, and wild strawberry, layered with delicate floral notes of violet and rose petal. As it opens, tertiary hints of damp earth and undergrowth appear, complemented by a touch of sweet spice—specifically cinnamon and clove—derived from the oak aging. On the palate, this medium-bodied, dry wine is energetic and refined.  13% ABV
