The Luciani family has made fine wines in Tuscany since 1888.  Aged in Slavonian oak barrels for a minimum of 36 months, followed by bottle aging, often totaling over 4 years.  Classic ruby red with garnet hues.  Intense, layered aromas of wild berries, aromatic herbs, and mineral-driven earthiness.  Ripe dark cherry, raspberry jam, and cocoa with a hint of cinnamon or baking spice.  Rich yet refined, featuring polished, ripe tannins and a fresh, lively acidity that drives a long, savoury finish.  14.5% ABV
