A medium-dry, sparkling red wine.  It is made using the Martinotti (Charmat) method in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its fresh, fruity character. The wine is deep ruby in color and features aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, and violets, with a palate that is delicately sweet, balanced by acidity, and finishes with fine tannins.  11% ABV
