Barbaresco Mondino is an opulent wine with a very intriguing aromatic profile, with an intense ruby coat with garnet reflections. The sense of smell is rich in highly concentrated aromas that evolve incredibly in the glass with the classic floral and red fruit notes; in turn, these merge with an important spice of cinnamon, pepper and clove. In the mouth it is powerful and rich in soft tannins, already pleasantly evolved and silky. The aftertaste enhances the hints of leather and spices. Perfect to combine with red meat stews, aged cheeses and, when older, with truffle preparations.
