Average Vine age of 40-50 years old. Fermentation with native yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks, with malolactic fermentation carried over.
A beautiful violet-red color, and the aroma is very immediate and elegant with notes of cherry and raspberry. In the taste, the wine has a fruit sweetness with a lean, crisp and elegant style. It is a very classic Dolcetto d’Alba, with straightness and fruit and balnced structure. 13% ABV
