Ca' del Baio is a family-run estate in the heart of Barbaresco, established in 1870.  Off of 60+ year old vines.  Aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks, then 6 months in bottle before release.  

Deep garnet with refined clarity. Complex aromas of black cherry, rose petal, and sandalwood are joined by subtle hints of tar and spice. The palate is structured and precise, with ripe red fruit, silky tannins, and earthy depth. The finish is long and poised, echoing with mineral and floral notes.  15% ABV
