Undergoes a gentle skin-macerated (orange/skin-contact) fermentation using strictly indigenous yeasts and no temperature controls; less overtly aggressive on skin contact than their Praruar bottling, but retains a delicate orange wine style.

High-toned white florals, citrus peel, and honey, underscored by subtle spice, leather, and wild Mediterranean herbs.  Medium-bodied and textural with flavors of ripe pear, apricot, and cantaloupe.  Backed by brisk acidity, a distinct saline-mineral streak, and a light, grippy phenolic structure on a long, complex finish.  16% ABV
