Chiarli Lambrusco del Fondatore 2022

The famous Lambrusco del Fondatore of Cleto Chiarli is not a "simple" Lambrusco. In spite of its simplicity and pleasantness, in fact, this product is not born from a classic carbonation process in autoclave, the so-called Charmat method. But it is the result of a re-fermentation in the bottle, just as it was originally made by the founder of the company. Another peculiarity is the corking, which in this case is done strictly with natural cork and the classic "string" tie. The particular production technique chosen for this Lambrusco del Fondatore gives life to a very deep wine, slightly bitter and at the same time able to amaze the taster thanks to its extraordinary, expressive strength.Morello cherry and violet aromas take center stage on this savory sparkler. The dry, refined palate delivers juicy Morello cherry, blood orange, fennel seed and white pepper alongside a refined bubble and bright acidity.  11.5% ABV
