Romangia IGT still red wine, 2021 vintage, produced by Dettori in Sardinia.  Fermented in concrete vats with skin maceration (around 30 days) and aged in concrete tanks without fining or filtering. No sulfites are added.  Ruby red color.  Aromas of Red fruits (plums) complemented by spices like cinnamon, hints of Mediterranean scrub, and wild herbs under the Sardinian sun.  The palate is bold yet elegant, structured, earthy, and the most tannic of the Dettori red lineup, occasionally featuring a slight natural fizz upon opening.  14% ABV
