Traditional, natural, low-intervention winemaking using native yeasts. Aged in chestnut barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle prior to release. Nose of crushed flowers, rose petals, wild sour cherries, fresh mint, forest herbs, tobacco, spice, and a touch of cedar.  The palate is sleek, vibrant, and gutsier than most Langhe Nebbiolo bottlings. It features a cool fruit profile of bold cherry and raspberry balanced by a crunchy, classic Piedmontese acidity.  14.5% ABV
