Chardonnay 90%, Sauvignon Blanc 10%

Aged in stainless steel for 5 months.  20+ year old vines.  The nose has the freshness of white flowers, orange peel, lemon and yellow apple, as well as the warmth of tea leaves, herbs and spices. The palate leans into the apple and citrus elements while simultaneously preserving the savory, sanguine balance. Acid kicks through an otherwise round mouthfeel.  13% ABV
