Striking golden-yellow.  The nose offers expressive notes of citrus, green apple, and exotic fruits, rounded out by hints of hazelnut (the name Nosiola derives from the dialect "nosela" for hazelnut), dried wildflowers, and star anise.  nyielding and intense, with a lively, vibrant acidity, subtle structural grip from the extended skin contact, and a clean, lingering mineral finish.  12% ABV
