Medium-long maceration using the submerged cap technique, racking and malolactic fermentation. The wine is racked into oak barrels where it ages for 20 to 24 months; then racked into concrete tanks where it rests for a few months before being bottled.
Ruby red color with brick-like reflections. It offers traditional aromas of ripe fruit and chocolate, with some reviewers also noting camphor, licorice, tobacco, and mineral scents. The palate is full-bodied and well-structured with elegant, persistent tannins. 15% ABV
