50% Corvina/Corvinone and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc

Priofiore (the “first flower”) is the youngest red wine released by the estate every year. Cabernet is partially dried, all other grapes are freshly pressed. After harvest, grapes are then left in wooden boxes to continue ripening. After pressing and fermentation, wine is aged for several years in Slavonian oak barrels. Primofior is a dry and structured red blend marked by earthy flavors of jammy red cherries, violets, and baking spices. Gritty tannins and ample acidity lead to a lasting, palate-coating finish. Pair this wine with game, pizza, and all roasted meats.  13.5% ABV
