Grosjean Vallee d'Aoste Vigne Rovettaz Cornalin 2021

An alpine-inspired blend of pepper-tinged florals, sage and flinty crushed rocks gives way to notes of lavender and raspberry as the 2020 Cornalin Vigne Rovettaz blossoms in the glass. This fleshes out across the palate with silky textures and ripe red fruits under an air of rosy inner florals. Its brisk acids maintain marvelous freshness, lasting throughout the long finale, where violet shades and hints of blueberry linger. The Cornalin Vigne Rovettaz is built on finesse yet has depth and underlying power.  13% ABV
