Using grapes from their limestone and basalt vineyards, they craft this elegant blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Sauvignon Bianco, Chardonnay and Saorin. Delicate and minerally, it offers up notes of peaches, herbs, and exotic spices, culminating into a long, show-stopping finish. Delicious young and even better with some age, this wine is as versatile with cheeses and fish as it is with light pasta dishes and antipasto. We like drinking it entirely on its own.
