Sangiovese (75%), Canaiolo (20%), Trebbiano (3%), and Malvasia (2%)

On the nose, Bright, fresh sour cherry, red cherry, and ripe red berry notes dominate the bouquet.  Expect hints of herbaceous tomato leaf, dried florals, and autumn leaves. Rustic earthy notes and hints of sweet spice also contribute to the aroma.

The palate is fruity, lively, and bright, with a focus on red fruit flavors.  The wine has a noticeable, fresh acidity, providing a crisp and refreshing quality.  A pleasant tannic grip adds to the wine's structure.  A rustic earthiness rounds out the flavors, creating an overall balanced and easy-drinking profile. Shows depth and complexity, delivering black cherry, iron, licorice and tar flavors, with hints of wild rosemary and thyme. Fermented and aged in glass lined concrrete tanks.  ABV 12%
