100% Primitivo

The nose opens with a dense, brambly wave of dark cherry and blackberry, followed by lifted elements of crushed black pepper and potpourri spice. Deeper layers reveal black chocolate and hints of ripe jam-like fruit concentration.  On the palate, notes of rich berry tones and plummy fruit. Mid-palate introduces black chocolate, leather, and a ribbon of pepper-driven spice. 15% ABV
