80% Sangiovese, 15% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine exhibits savory aromas of balsamic vinegar, mushroom, dark chocolate, black cherry, and wild fennel, with hints of tar and graphite.  It has a full-bodied, well-balanced taste with a long, persistent finish. The wine undergoes a 15-month aging process in French oak barriques, tonneaux, and 40 Hl oak barrel.  13.5% ABV
