Querciabella Mongrana 2022

50% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot

Intense ruby red in the glass.  Well-defined aromas of ripe fruit, morello cherry, blackberry and blueberry especially anticipate notes of kirsch, bite slight herbal notes.  With some air notes of leather, coffee powder, cocoa and a hint of licorice emerge. Juicy, fresh, with soft tannins. The long finish is savory with mineral, iron notes that persist in the mouth.  13.5% ABV
