Valdo Aquarius Extra Dry Blanc de Blancs

A careful selection of the best Garganega and Glera grapes from the northeast of Italy.  3-month Charmat method and subsequent ageing in the bottle.  Light straw yellow with greenish reflections.  On the Nose very fine and fruity, ranging from floral to green apple.  The palate is persistent, lively and harmonious with a pleasant, mild residual sweetness.  11% ABV
