100% Albana

La Signora translate to "The Lady".  Albana from the South of Rome, fermented and aged in steel on lees for 6 months.  Vine age is a minimum of over 30 years old.  Aged 6 months in steel and at least 2 months in bottle.  A wine with an intense golden color with an excellent acidity accompanied by a touch of tannicity typical of the grape variety. Bouquet rich in citrus, apricot and orange notes, on the palate there is a marked minerality and flavor with the varietal tannins that give it freshness.  12.5% ABV
