100% Ribolla Gialla.

Vinified in Stainless Steel with weekly batonnage (lees stirring) for one month.  Aged in 80% stainless steel, 20% neutral barrel.  2024 marks the inaugural vintage for Marta's Ribolla Gialla. This modern Ribolla is vibrant with fresh stone and pomaceous fruits and acidity that are fleshed out with texture so naturally found in the grape. There is minimal, if any, skin contact, keeping the wine extremely drinkable.  12% ABV
